We store your data for the duration of the statutory deadlines. Documents and relevant business documents as well as records that must be retained due to the accounting obligation, eg. For 7 years. Other data is routinely deleted as soon as possible.


For our data processing, we use contract processors and pass on the following data to the following recipient categories:

  • Purchase voucher copies as a proof of purchase for warranty claims against suppliers or manufacturers or insurance in the event of complaints.
  • Delivery address / postal address to parcel delivery / freight forwarding / post at parcel delivery.
  • Accounting and payroll documents are sent to our commissioned tax consulting office for the preparation of the annual financial statements / balance sheet.
